I was recently approached by a recruiter for a high level position that I found very exciting. Using the same formula and asking myself similar questions as I do when I recruit, I decided to put some in print so that the recruiter and the hiring manager could get a feeling for what I have accomplished beyond what was expected of me in various past job situation, I outlined some as can be seen below. 

What I hope will be seen here is a career progression, an ability to adapt to new situation, to solve problems, to lead a team and to create value for the organization. Of course some of the earlier accomplishments are today perhaps something quite simple while the later are more advanced.
