From tacit to explicit knowledge

By writing about things in this blog, I have practiced what Nonoka and others present as models based on tacit and explicit knowledge. The externalisation process of bringing tacit knowledge to explicit has allowed me to bring out ideas that otherwise would have been stuck in the subconscious mind and allowed the original conscious thoughts a richer meaning and context.
